    AESA machine Models
The AESA machines are composed mainly with a roof trolley, including the drum hoist.
AESA offers height different type of machine adapted to the particularities of the building:

    AESA 1
Light gondola with counterweight single jib for medium outreaches. The AESA 1 gondola is a well equipped single job model, specifically designed for buildings up to 100 m high, with short and medium outreaches. The hoisting system is mounted on a counterbalancing part of the jib in order to save counterweight and keep the machine light.

    AESA 2
Selfpowered cradle, to be suspended from AESA 40, davits or monorails The AESA 2 gondola is a selfpowered cradle. This means that the hoisting system is inside the cradle itself. It is designed to be used with the AESA40, with monorail systems, and with davit arms and sockets. It fits building heights up to 100 m.

    AESA 10
Traditional gondola with double jib for medium outreach and for all heights The AESA 10 gondola is the most standardized unit of the BMU's range. It has been developed for outreaches up to 8 m and heights up to 300 m. In addition, it also allows a wide variety of modifications and fittings for custom designs.

    AESA 15
Single jib gondola with wide range of possibilities The AESA 15 is the star of versatility, and for this reason has become one of the most applied models. The rotation of the trolley and the spreader bar enable the cradle to be parallel to the façade at any location of the building. It can also be customized in many ways, with addition of pentographs, auxiliary hoists, telescoping jibs, long cradles, etc.

    AESA 18
Gondola with single horizontal jib, for high parapets and big outreach The AESA 18 is specially designed for buildings with high parapets, where big outreach is also required. This unit can also be customized in various ways: the turret can be telescopic in order to hide the machine when not in use, or the jib can incorporate an elbow to reach areas of difficult access.

    AESA 25
Single horizontal jib gondola, with a large outreach and high working load The AESA 25 is the most versatile unit when long jibs are needed. The great advantage of this machine is that the hoisting system is placed at the back of the tale, and therefore partly fulfills an additional task as counterweight, keeping the unit light. Needless to say, it can also be customized in the most various ways, namely telescoping the jib, adding auxiliary hoist, long or telescopic cradle, PLC control system, etc.
    AESA 30
Platforms, ladders and gantries The AESA 30 is the best and most secure solution for the interior and exterior access of skylights, glass domes, building entry halls, etc. These gantries and ladders can also be combined with some of the other systems like AESA 2, AESA 10 or AESA 15. For example, an AESA 2 selfpowered cradle can be suspended from the extremities of a gantry, or can even run under it on a specifically adapted track guide. Also an AESA 30 vertical ladder can incorporate a fully enclosed cage that travels up and down, and allows working comfortably.

    AESA 40
Gondola with single horizontal jib, for high parapets and big outreach The AESA 18 is specially designed for buildings with high parapets, where big outreach is also required. This unit can also be customized in various ways: the turret can be telescopic in order to hide the machine when not in use, or the jib can incorporate an elbow to reach areas of difficult access.
