Job title: Project Engineer
   
Performance Goals:
  • Lead the installation team and ensure the installation process is carried out according to Mitsulift standards.
  • Oversee the handing over of the final and finished product to the customer and the After Sales Department.
   
Key Activities:
  • Ensure proper execution of installation work by maintaining highest installation and safety quality within allocated budget.
  • Follow up on the installation process to ensure adherence to Mitsulift's standards, timely work progress, accurate product specifications and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure customer's proper implementation of installation requirement and safety process.
  • Plan and supervise technicians' installation work.
  • Ensure the final product being delivered meets the pre-selected standards and sales order specifications and conditions.
  • Provide technical assistance to installation teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering (High Current; Power and Control)
  • 0-2 years experience.
  • Knowledge of English a must. French a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications a must. Primavera a plus.

Job title: Sales Executive
   
Performance Goals:
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relations to generate repeated business and client referrals.
  • Contribute to achieving the company's business objectives by meeting assigned and agreed to sale/ profitability/ collections objectives.
   
Key Activities:
  • Prospect new project sites and clients, obtain all necessary approvals and place the purchase order as per company procedures.
  • Prepare and follow up on project offers and tenders.
  • Negotiate contract terms with customers to reach a mutually advantageous agreement.
  • Provide architects and consultants with basic technical support.
  • Follow up on the preparation of technical submittals, drawings, offers and contracts.
  • Handle technical enquiries, when necessary, and coordinate with technical department to ensure all pending issues are settled prior to product hand-over.
  • Follow up on payment collection in coordination with the Credit Controller.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering also accepted.
  • 0-2 years experience.
  • Knowledge of English a must. French a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a must.
