Automatic Bypass
A full-loaded car will bypass hall calls in order to maintain maximum operating efficiency.

Car Fan Shut Off – Automatic
If there is no call within a preset time period, the car fan is automatically shut off to conserve energy.

Car Light Shut Off – Automatic
If there is no call within a preset time period, the car light is automatically shut off to conserve energy.

Car fan and Car light continuous function
Even in case of power failure, keep your car fan and car light functioning by means of a UPS.

Independent Service
The Independent Service provides the possibility for exclusive operation from car calls; while the car is withdrawn from group control operation.

Car Arrival Chime
Electronic chimes sound indicates that a car will soon arrive to the landing.

Fire Emergency Return
On activation of a key switch or the building’s fire sensors, all calls are cancelled and all cars will immediately return to a specified rescue floor and park there until normal operation is restored.

Emergency Landing Device
In case of power failure, the car moves and stops at the nearest floor using a rechargeable battery, and the doors open to ensure passenger safety.

Main Floor Parking (MFP)
After pre-determined time, if no calls have been initiated, the car will land at a pre-determined floor. This function is not provided for Hydraulic lifts.

Safety Curtain
Enhance the protection of the passengers during the entrance to the car by providing a full door height protection system. This system utilizes a safety curtain to detect passengers or objects on the car entrance. BMS Dry contacts for BMS can be provided to allow building personnel to monitor elevator operation.
